Elimination
We accept order cancellations before the product is delivered or manufactured. If you cancel your order you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped.
Return (if requested)
Returns of products are accepted. The buyer is entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To be returned, the product must be unused and in the condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. A return receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged a maximum of one time for shipping (returns); the consumer will not be charged any fees for the return.
Credits (if any)
We will send you a confirmation email once your return has arrived and been examined. We will also notify you if your return is accepted or rejected. If your refund is accepted, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or payment method on the date specified.
Late or failed sale (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the return to be officially announced. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be sent. If all this has happened and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@qianyouqy.com.
